Q & A for RESERVATION STATUS

1. I ordered tickets online and have not received any confirmation, how can I find out if I was able to purchase my tickets for the requested date? (I also may have submitted credit card information).

If you made a reservation request online and your reservation was completed, you would have received a return e-mail, with a confirmation number. If you did not receive that, you do not have an actual reservation. (Please note, the “confirmation e-mail,” is not the automatic response you may have received acknowledging the receipt of your request for a reservation). If you made an on-line request, but then also called and spoke with a ticket agent, who confirmed your reservation, verbally to you, then you do have a reservation, and your credit card would have been charged.

2. When I placed my order over the phone, I gave them my credit card information, how do I confirm if my purchase was completed.

If you spoke with a ticket agent and your reservation could be accommodated, then the agent confirmed to you that your reservation was made and complete. You should also confirm the reservation charge on your credit card statement, prior to going to the depot.

3. I try calling the numbers on the website and cannot get through. Is there another number?

There is now a help line at 1-800-872-4661 extension 1022. This extension is to be used by only those who are unsure of the status of their reservation. It cannot be used to make a reservation.

4. If I didn’t get a confirmation or was not able to purchase tickets in advance, can I purchase tickets on the day of the ride?

The only tickets that are now available, are those for the dates of Nov. 18, 19, 20. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the depot. Tickets will not be sold in advance, they are available only on the day of the ride.

5. My credit card was charged, but I don’t have a confirmation number. Do I have a real reservation?

Yes. If your credit card was charged, your reservation has been completed. Please check your card statement for the transaction.

6. I haven’t received tickets by mail - where are they?

All tickets will be available at the depot (under the reservation’s name), on the date of your train ride when you arrive for boarding.
